Check out Goodreads to see all of my book reviews and ratings. I don't always get a chance to write a review for every book I've read, so feel free to message me if you want me to review a specific book, whether or not I've read it already. Let me know if there are specific things you'd like to see in my reviews (like more detailed comments on characters) to help you pick your next read!

If you are an author or publisher looking for honest, objective, and substantive reviews, please send me an email! I'd be thrilled to read and review your book. I am happy to read ARCs, physical, or digital books, then post my reviews on my blog, my Goodreads account, and Amazon. If you have any other website where you'd like me to post a review, please let me know in your email.

As always, I want to help you discover a new book to read and maybe find a favourite along the way.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone - J.K. Rowling

Nothing beats Harry Potter for me. It epitomizes my love of reading.

Day 25 (30-Day Challenge)

A Character Who You Can Relate To The Most

Ginny Weasley

I've had a difficult time with this one because there's not one character above all others that I read and say... wow, that's my life and that's how I think. I can see myself in aspects of many different characters, but I've decided to pick Ginny for this. She is smart, tough, good at Charms, athletic and loyal. As much as I adore Hermione, she's brilliant but more studious than I am whereas I feel like Ginny is naturally smart and doesn't put as much time into studying and homework.

Day 19 (30-Day Challenge)

Favourite Book Turned Into A Movie

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

True, they changed some scenes or left some out that I loved - but I've watched this movie so many times and tend to quote it during viewings.

Day 16 (30-Day Challenge)

Favourite Female Character

Hermione Granger

My entire childhood (once I read HP in the second grade) was spent in love with Hermione Granger. I was (and am) a total nerd who loved school, books, and was a bit of a know-it-all. Hermione was my spirit animal.

Day 6 (30-Day Book Challenge)

A Book That Makes You Sad

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - JK Rowling

This book was devastating. I remember reading it on the couch at my Grandmother's house and legitimately crying when Dumbledore died. There has never been a more traumatizing book. But I love it.

Day 4 (30-Day Book Challenge)

Favourite Book of Your Favourite Series

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (or Sorcerer's Stone, ahhhh I can't pick!)

Day 3 (30-Day Book Challenge)

Your Favourite Series

Harry Potter by J.K.Rowling

I've always loved reading, but my parents used to read the first two books to me before bed and then by the time the third book came out I was reading them by myself. They've just been so monumentally important throughout my life and there is no other series that would ever hold this honour for me.

Day 2 (30-Day Book Challenge)

A Book That You've Read More Than 3 Times

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone

When I was a child, I used to keep track of the number of times I read each of my Harry Potter books. This one surpassed 40 and then I just lost count.
